Her name is Mo’ne Davis. And she is FYE! Actually shes BEEN a bossbabe since she was a little girl. She was a Little League Baseball pitcher, which made her ground breaking first African American female to ever play on the league whensbe started in 2014. Not only she did she play on the league, but made it to World Series.
The 18 year old has written a book entitled, ‘Mone Davis: Remembering My Name”. She accepted the Woman of Inspiration award from the Phoenix Mercury back in 2015. She’s blazed such a trail and got accepted into Hampton University.
Her Taney Dragons jersey is in the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York. She currently plays for the Anderson Monarchs.
